This article outlines how to view responses for multiple narrative questions.
To view responses from a single numeric or narrative question, see the Viewing Responses for a Single OCHART Question support article.
1. Navigate to the "Narrative Responses (Multiple)" page via the left-hand menu.
2. Use the Section and Question filter to display responses from specific questions (Note: you can view responses from different sections at the same time). Additionally, use the Fiscal Year and Reporting Period filters to view responses from a specific reporting period. You can use Ctrl + click to select multiple options within a filter. You should only be able to see your own organization if you open the Organization filter.
Note: You can click the eraser icon at the top right of a filter to reset it.
