This tutorial will provide instructions on how to use the audio video system installed in Boardroom A
Turning on the projector.
You can turn on the projector by doing the following:
1. Tap the power button to the right of the touchscreen to turn on the device and enter the main menu
2. Tap the 'Video' icon in the main menu
3. Under 'Projection - RM A' tap 'Room A - PC' to turn on the projector and use the boardroom PC as the input device
4. If you are unable to see an image on the projector screen after 30 seconds ensure the computer inside the cabinet has been turned on
Configuring Audio.
If you encounter issues with audio you can try the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Ensure the microphone option is not set to mute on the Creston device, the microphone icon should be grey when microphones are in use
2. Ensure the speaker volume is not set to '0%', you can control the speaker volume by using the up and down buttons to the right of the touchscreen
3. In Zoom and on other conferencing programs ensure 'Microphone' and 'Speaker' are set to 'Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Creston Mercury)'
Configuring Video.
You can control the direction of the boardroom webcam by doing the following:
1. Within the 'Video' menu click the remote icon ('go to Camera Controls'
2. You can choose or revert to any of the presets by pressing the 'Preset' buttons to the right, or manually control the camera using the directonal and arrow keys to the left
