To connect to our FTP server on Mac devices, you need to install FTP clients such as FileZilla, Cyberduck or many other free products available.

Note: IF you do not have a FTP client, we would recommend installing FileZilla and follow the instructions.

As an example, we are going to use FileZilla as a FTP client to connect to our FTP server.

Go to https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?platform=osx to download and install FileZilla for Mac

Once installed, click on the top left to create a new FTP site:

Click on "new site" on the wizard and start entering the FTP username and password information provided to you. Here are the Details:

Host - 216.129.44.107

Protocol: FTP

Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available

Logon type: Normal

Once you have entered all the info, you should be able to connect to our FTP server:

Once you are connected, you will be able to see the files in your FTP account.
