When viewing responses to numeric questions, you will see (+) or (-) icons on the left-most side of a row to expand or collapse specific rows, respectively.
To expand or collapse all rows, hover over the responses table and Right click > Expand or Collapse > All
The top right of the responses table also contains icons that you can use to expand and collapse rows.
Click the "Expand All" icon to expand all rows:
Note: once all rows are expanded, the “Go to next level” icon will be greyed out. If you hover over the button you will see a pop-up message that says “At the lowest level of data”.
Click the "Drill Up" icon to collapse all rows:
Note: once all rows are collapsed, the "Drill Up" icon will be greyed out.
