If you have already taken the time to Answer your Security Questions, you're in luck.

You can now quickly reset your TREAT password without any assistance.


See steps and images below

  1. Go to https://www.treat.ca/treat/logon
  2. Organization ID: ocase
  3. Click the Continue blue button
  4. Click 'Forgot password?' link
  5. Fill-in your User ID
  6. Fill in the Organization ID (see step 2 above)
    • Please enter your User ID and Organization ID  [ocase] that you use to log into TREAT. If you do not know these IDs, you must contact your TREAT Administrator for support.
  7. Fill in your work email address(the one linked to your TREAT profile)
    • Please enter the email address that is associated with your TREAT account. If you do not know this email address you must contact your TREAT Administrator for support.
  8. Click the green Submit button
  9. You will see a Reset Password (on screen) response in your browser:
    • An email has been sent to the email address associated with this User ID.  Please check your Spam or Junk folders if you do not receive this email within 5 minutes.  If you do not receive this email, please try again or contact your TREAT Administrator to reset your password.
    • Click OK
  10. You will receive an automated email message from No Reply (check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see it)
    • Subject of the email: TREAT Password Reset Request
  11. Click on the link (or copy/paste the link)
  12. You will be on the Account Management screen
    • Minimum password requirement:
      • 12 characters (alphabetic or numeric) (max. 20)
      • 1 upper case letter min.
      • 1 lower case letter min.
      • 1 number min.
      • 1 special character (non-alphabetic or non-numeric character min., such as:
      • ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ - (  ) = and +.
  13. You will need to type a new password, confirm it in the next field and then answer two (2) Security Questions (two of the four questions you provided answers to in Account Management during the set-up process)
  14. Click Save
  15. You will receive another automated email message from No Reply (check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see it)


Subject of the email: TREAT Change Password Confirmation

  • This is a message to let you know that your TREAT password was successfully changed.

    If you did not change your password, please report this email to your TREAT Administrator.

Now you will be taken to your TREAT Homepage.

Recommendation: Logoff and then Logon again using your new password.


If you click Forgot Password? without first setting up your Security Questions, you will see the following message:

"Sorry, your password cannot be reset through this feature because your account does not have any security questions set up yet. Please contact your TREAT Administrator to reset your password.  Once you have logged into TREAT, you can set up your security questions for future password reset requests.
If you did not request to change your password, please report this email to your TREAT Administrator."

  • Please type each character on your keyboard separately.

  • Please do not copy or paste

  • Please do not use any information saved in your browser (type over any information that is auto-filled)

Addition information:

If your account is "Temporarily Disabled" due to at least three consecutive failed logons:

  • You, the user, can wait for 3.5 hours and your "Temporarily Disabled" account will be enabled automatically
  • Then you can login successfully if you recall your current password
