On the Account Management screen, there are four (4) Security Questions and you will need to provide an Answer to each of them
- Please note that your answer does not have to be factually correct.
- Your answer needs to be remembered by you.
- When you've answered each of the four Questions, enter your Password to confirm it.
- Click Submit
Alternative to factual answers - Tip: Keep your answer as one word and use a theme such as the various colours in the rainbow.
Now you will be taken to your TREAT Homepage.

If you try using the Forgot Password? feature without first setting up your Security Questions, you will see the following response:
"Sorry, your password cannot be reset through this feature because your account does not have any security questions set up yet. Please contact your TREAT Administrator to reset your password. Once you have logged into TREAT, you can set up your security questions for future password reset requests.
If you did not request to change your password, please report this email to your TREAT Administrator."
